CORE OG GAME INSTRUCTIONS

OBJECT: KICK THE BALL AT THE SENSOR WITH THE GREEN LIGHTS ABOVE. THE GAME BEGINS WHEN YOU STRIKE THE FIRST GREEN TARGET.

BE AWARE OF THE RED SENSOR: IT WILL BE THE NEXT ONE TO TURN GREEN! IF A SENSOR IS 1/2 GREEN AND 1/2 RED, YOU WILL NEED TO TRIGGER IT 2X IN A ROW.

SCORING: 1 POINT IS GRANTED FOR EACH GREEN WALL TRIGGERED IN 90 SECONDS

CORE Facility Rules

Please make yourself familiar with CORE Facility Rules

  • ALL PLAYERS must have adequate footwear. FULL CLEATS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Turf shoes, indoor shoes, or sneakers are all acceptable
  • DO NOT KICK THE SENSORS or touch them with your hand. Only contact them with the ball
  • NO KICKING BALL IN THE AIR (THIS INCLUDES JUGGLING). Please keep balls below knee height. CORE is meant to be played on ground.
  • DO NOT HANG on the Netting, poles, or ropes
  • DO NOT INTENTIONALLY KICK A BALL INTO THE NETTING.  Netting is a protective barrier and not designed for repeated high-impacts.
  • DO NOT chew gum in the facility
  • DO NOT KICK THE BALL OUTSIDE OF A POD unless approved by a CORE Coach.
  • DO HAVE FUN!

What to bring and wear

DO BRING:

  • Plenty of Water - CORE is high intensity and you will need to hydrate 
  • Proper Attire - Athletic clothing is strongly recommended
  • Proper Footwear - You will not be allowed to play without adequate shoes. No socks or bare feet allowed. Please see below for recommended footwear.

CORE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO NOT ALLOW PLAY DUE TO IMPROPER FOOTWEAR OR ANY OTHER CLOTHING THAT WE CONSIDER UNSAFE

DO NOT BRING:

  • Shin guards
  • A soccer ball, unless instructed otherwise
